Mathieu a été très flexible et accueillant. Le vélo convenait tout à fait à nos besoins. Nous sommes très satisfaits du service rendu et le referions sans hésiter tant il est sympathique.

I rented a bike for the weekend of UCI in Montreal. Mathieu was very helpful and determined that the bike should fit before I left. The bike was older model Opus in great shape and very nimble. 2 sizes smaller (on purpose) and lighter than my own Specialized Ruby Elite. Had 2 wonderful days on the bike. Mathieu pointed out some routes which I followed and he was very accommodating wrt pick and delivery times. Would definitely rent again.

Second time we rent from Mathieu and he always gives a great service with a smile! The bikes are super good, we managed to ride 200km with ease. We biked 80 km round trip on le petit train du Nord and these bikes were perfect for it! I couldn't recommend more, great bikes with great price, best way to explore the city and the region.

J'ai loué un vélo pendant 4 jours et je suis vraiment très satisfaite du service. À mon arrivée, Mathieu a pris le temps de régler le vélo avec moi pour qu'il soit parfaitement adapté (super appréciable pour partir sereinement).
J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé la formule de location : on peut vraiment tout avoir au même endroit, avec les sacoches, le cadenas, le casque, les lumières… L'offre est complète et pratique, parfaite pour partir plusieurs jours à vélo sans devoir s'équiper de partout.
Enfin, Mathieu est super accessible, sympathique et de très bon conseil.
Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai sans hésiter pour un prochain voyage à vélo !

We rented a bike for my husband to use while staying in LaSalle. Bike was great . Got to enjoy the baths of LaSalle and also did a big day trip from LaSalle to St. Jerome! Merci Mathieu pour votre excellent service!

I was in Montreal for 11 days and wanted a way to explore the city that was more efficient than walking and nicer than transit! I found Simplement Vélo and was able to rent a bike easily from Mathieu on the same day that I reached out. The bike was great and had everything I needed, although the bike lock provided was not the best quality, so it did make me nervous to leave the bike locked up outside for long periods.
I had an issue with the seat of the bike on the 2nd day and Mathieu was very responsive and met me with an hour to replace the seat, great service!
This was the perfect way for me to explore the city and get around during my visit. I wasn't staying downtown and so it was great to find a bicycle rental spot that wasn't so far away from where I was staying.

J'ai loué un vélo pendant un mois et j'en suis vraiment contente ! Tout s'est déroulé très simplement ;), de la réservation jusqu'au retour. Le service était efficace et agréable. J'ai fait plusieurs balades sur l'île de Montréal pour la découvrir, et le vélo était très confortable et agréable à utiliser. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Une super expérience de location! Le vélo que j'ai loué pour une semaine était en excellent état, parfaitement préparé et réglé. Mathieu a pris le temps de me conseiller un vélo adapté aux trajets que je prevoyais et faire les derniers ajustements avant que je démarre. Rapport qualité-prix imbatable pour une semaine à Montréal et un service au top, je recommande à 100 % et reviendrais sans faute!

Had a really amazing experience with Simplement velo. We managed to bike from downtown montreal to oka park for 70 km that were completely seamless thank to the great bikes. We went for a night at the ready to camp and were able to fit a lot of things on the bike rack. Mathieu is so kind an paitient and this for sure will be my go to place for bike rentals in the city!

Great option for renting a bike for more than a couple hours, I took 1 bike with a helmet for a full day biking with my sister (about 30km in total exploring Montreal) and everything went smoothly, picking up the bike was easy, communication was clear and the bike was in great condition, exactly what we needed, Mathieu was also great to deal with !

Amazing experience with Simplement Velo! They were very attentive to our needs and responded fast to all our questions. The bikes are very light and well maintained.
